Shipping Policy

After an order is placed, we typically take 2 business days to prepare it for shipping.
Please note that weekends and holidays may affect processing times.

We offer shipping within the UK.
Orders are shipped via royal mail with estimated delivery times of 3-5 business days.


--International Shipping


We ship internationally to various countries, contact us for enquires.
Estimated delivery times for international orders are 7-11 business days.


-Shipping Costs


Shipping costs are fixed, calculated based on shipping destination.
Customers can view shipping costs during checkout.


-Missing or Damaged Packages
If your package is missing or arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery via contactus@joeandalice.co.uk. 
We’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.


-Restrictions and Exclusions


We cannot ship to any restricted countries.
Certain items may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or material.

Return & Exchange Policy

-Eligibility


We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Exchanges are unavailable currently.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.


-Return Process


If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact: contactus@joeandalice.co.uk.

If appropriate, we'll then provide instructions and issue a return authorization.

Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

Once we receive the returned item, we’ll process a refund or exchange.


-Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after receiving the returned item.
